Structure & Content

All Executive MBA participants begin with a shared General Management Section which runs for nine months followed by the Advanced Management Section. The programme culminates with participants taking specialized modules in their respective Focus Area.

The key objective of the Focus in Management & Corporate Finance is to exploit financial planning opportunities to drive your organisation’s performance.

During the programme, participants have to work on two major projects, adapting and applying strategies and knowledge to real-life situations: the Individual Strategy Project (ISP) and the Group Entrepreneurship Project. They will also take part to a mandatory study tour in SDA Bocconi school of Management - Milan.
